Dear Sir
My Husband received your note in the streets and gave it to me in the streets—that I who would be soonest home might answer it in time for our Chelsea post—
Of course he will be ready to receive his Highness's visit— I may add out of my own head that I will endeavour to cross him as little as possible in the morning, that you may find him in his genilest mood.
