Dear Laurence,

Will you request Mr Lynch (whose address I have mislaid) to send me Two Copies of that illustrious Print (of myself by the Sun and you),—or, in brief, forward to him the enclosed Note, after completing the address on it; and that will be the briefer method!1

We hope and believe you are very busy; but must see you again before long. Meanwhile, “Bear a hand, and well speed you!” that is the word.
