Dear Sir,—I find, as I supposed, that I did return the Perrot's Life,1 and direct it to be entered under the name of Lord Ashburton,—in whose hands, at Bath House, Piccadilly, it is now declared to be. If you will, the day after receiving this send over the Porter to ask for it in the name of the London Library, he will get it from the servant there: otherwise there might be considerable delay in returning it.
