My dear Sir,
I hear some vague account that you are in Town: if so, come and see me straightway. I know not in the least where you are, or in spite of my indolences, occupations and entire seclusion, I would at once go to seek you myself.
I am accessible here every day from half-past 2 to 3. Or my Wife and I are at home, generally speaking, and alone, every evening in these weeks.— Suppose we appoint Monday next at half-past 2, and a walk together after?1
