Dear Neuberg,
Will you find me in Förster1 that Marginal Note of Frh Wm's2 about “Stabilise die souveranctäs, rocher of bronze [I am establishing the king's sovereignty like a rock of bronze],” and especially give me the Polish words “No poz volam [I do not permit]” (or whatever they are) plain.3 Chapter & verse in Förster;—and, please, mark “p. 24c” on the Paper, that I may know where in this Ms of mine to introduce yr contributn.
Sunday Evg let us see you again.— I am digging furiously to get into this sad rubbish-enterprize again; and hardly able!
