Dear Mill,
Here are twelve of those wretched Prospectuses; I remember you took charge of scattering some last year.1 It is a sad business.
Thank you for Nisard and Michelet:2 I have finished the latter; a handy little man, and not without vivacity, nay ideas—especially in the first volume. He ends indeed in a mere coil of ravelments, without bottom or top. Nisard I have not yet got looked at.
Shall I not see you soon?— Is not this Easter week?3
