With the Story of the Poet-Lover (1851), probably the book referred to, celebrating poetry, in which the author singles out TC as someone who combined “the Poetry of Thoughts and ‘The Poetry of Sentiment’” in “universal sympathies and feelings” (116). Wilson also wrote A House of Shakspere, 2 pts. (1848–49), and Gather Together (1860).
